Courtney Mortimer
After a long week in the office, Courtney’s inner voice often tells her to “go take a hike.”

Courtney grew up in sunny Pacific Palisades, CA, but now calls San Francisco home after living there for 11 years. Courtney started her career at the infamous San Francisco ad agency Publicis & Hal Riney, working on the Sprint PCS account. Spending five years there afforded her the opportunity to work on a variety of brands including 24 Hour Fitness, Penn & Teller and the portfolio of wine brands under Fosters Wine Estates. After having the experience of a large shop under her belt, she went on to work at a smaller boutique agency where she worked with the Innovation team at Del Monte on the launch of Bloom Energy, the growing favorite snack brand Popchips, and the locally based, privately owned, national makeup company, Bare Escentuals. She then moved on to BBDO, where she was fortunate to once again work on a product she is truly passionate about; wine. At BBDO, Courtney ran the Gallo account, helping to build out their portfolio strategy, brand identity, and marketing plans for a variety of brands. Most recently, she was at DraftFCB leading the Del Monte Pet Foods pillar, working on brands such as Kibbles 'n Bits, Meow Mix and 9Lives.

In her spare time, Courtney loves to ski, do yoga, take advantage of the incredible hiking that San Francisco has to offer and go wine tasting. Although she calls SF home, Courtney also spends a lot of time in Southern California, not just for the warm weather and beautiful beaches but also because she has quite a large family that she is very connected to: 2 brothers, 1 sister, 3 step sisters, 1 step brother and a 1/2 brother and sister with 9 year old twins.
