Karen knows the key to personnel growth starts with always having pizza at our agency “Lunch & Learns.”
Karin leads Smith Brothers’ department of Personnel Development where her goal is to build a positive workplace by enhancing the agency’s policies, programs and practices. More than just an administrative role, our team members count on Karin to help them on their path to growth and advancement within the company. This includes everything from identifying training opportunities to fielding feedback on how we can be constantly improving our company culture.
Engaged, productive employees make Karin happy.
Prior to joining Smith Brothers, she designed operational processes for the in-house marketing group at Education Management Corporation (EDMC) which supported a period of unprecedented growth in the company. Karin also worked as a production manager at Exhibit Group Giltspur, and as a book designer and illustrator at Martingale Publishing.
Oh yeah, in her spare time Karin has run four marathons. She has to work off all that pizza somehow.
Karin holds a BA in Art History from University of Washington.
